After a long break ever since i burned out on this, i'd like to announce i am reviving this project. I already have quite a few leagues started. The reason i am reviving this is because i was adding leagues to my NCAA Quickstart, and i thought, "wouldn't it be cool if i revived WO(F)B?" Most of the details in the OP apply to this new version in progress. I will post league structures of teams without logos and uniforms as i go.

I remember seeing the Mexican Pacific League's uniforms and logos a while back somewhere in this forum...same for the Italian League. Try doing a search, that would probably dig up some goodies. Also, feel free to grab whatever you like from the World of Baseball universe, but please credit the graphics makers.
