Looking for MLB-Fictional Quick Star (MLB set up, with fictional players)

Anybody know where I can find a quick start that has MLB ballpark factors, teams, logos, minor league teams logos, etc. but with fictional players? For the OOTP11 version.

There may be an easier way to do this, but if you have previously started an MLB game and installed the all-in-one mod from the Add-On Central, then just start over, create a custom game using the MLB set-up. You will get the entire MLB league structure with uniforms, logos and fictional players. I had to do some extra work to get the right ball parks and ball park pictures.
