Unable to download 2010 MLB All in one?

I've tried at various times since release, and every time, it gets to the end of the download and gives me

"ADDONS_DIALOG::download_file - could not download file"

Anyone else run into this yet? Perhaps a broken rar hiding somewhere? (where do these things download to, anyways?)

I had the same problem. Im assumng you are trying to download the latest update?

Padresfan's posted these instruction in one of the other posts.

1) Quit OOTP 11.

2) Remove the 2010_MLB_AllInOne_ForAllLeagues.tar file from your Documents/Out Of The Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 11/addons/downloads/ folder

3) Remove the add-ons.dat file from your Documents/Out Of The Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 11/addons/ folder

4) Launch OOTP and select Add Ons Central

5) Select Reload Add-Ons List to refresh the screen.

6) Download the H.F.P. 2010 MLB All-in-One (all leagues) file again and install. You will have all the new files, but will still need to start a new league to take advantage of them.

Hmm. the .tar file wasn't there. It's there temporarily if I open that folder while the error message is up. I copied it over, but apparently the file is stopping before it can complete, so the .tar is broken.

I've deleted addons.dat, overwrote addons.xml with the one from default_data, deleted temp.xml, still get same error message.

It's just that file. The other addons I've tried download and work just fine.

Do you have Kaspersky security? I had the same error. If you turn off Kaspersky it will work. (just dont forget to turn Kaspersky back on)

What Hopkins said. The TAR file appears to be just fine.

Yep, that was it. Kaspersky. File downloaded just fine.

Oh, I was sure it was all right, since others have been using it. Was fishing for what I got, someone else with the problem, and how they fixed it.
