I was browsing through my fictional league reports and came across a pitcher that pitched an amazing game. He went 10 innings, allowing 1 hit, 1 walk, and 11 strike outs. I noticed he didn't get the win for the game, but the pitcher that came in at the top of the 11th did. That pitcher just went one inning and one strike out, netting the win.

Am I missing something here? Or did my pitcher just get robbed out of an awesome game?

If the pitcher came in at the top of the 11th, he was the home pitcher. That would mean if the home team won, it would have to been done in the bottom of the 11th (or later). So no, that's the normal scoring rules.
