Well, I must continue my quest against beveled graphics in baseball. Sure they look neat...but its like the DH, astroturf and interleague play....its just not right.

This is the beveling logo well,
Where you can get all XFL,
Some people started doing them always without pause,
And they kept doing them forever just because...

This is the beveling logo well,
Where you can get all XFL...

To bevel or not to bevel, that is the question...

Hey thanks! Without the bevel you might need colors that stand out a bit more. Dark or lighter depending on the background. They look great though!

They make me think of pine-tar, rawhide gloves and peanuts...instead of Robocop, bLiNg bLiNg Rap Videos and girls with fake breasts and low IQ's.

League Logos

I'm looking for a couple logos to represent the two leagues in the PFBL. League names are Doubleday League and Cartwright League. Would also be interested in an overall league logo for Pennant Fever.

Anxious to see what someone might come up with...

Thanks

Mark cool logos.

Have to join the bevel or not debate, I hardly ever used bevels but have found the somethings really can look alot better with them

Whether good or bad, my latest kick has been adding texture to the background. It just seems to add something. Of course it may just be that as I find new things in PSP they get used alot

Think you could hook me up with an Atlanta Generals version of the Colonels?

Its for my solo league...I tried to get fancy with the Generals and it really didn't work out.

Portlander,

What's wrong with using the General Lee as a logo? You're using the wrong town though - should be Hazard

Anyways, I saved the Photoshop file so I could easily change the names so here you go:

Cool, perfect. Thanks.

I think Hazzard is outside of Atlanta...the duke boys would have grown up following the Atlanta team.

My logo just didn't look right.

OK, here's one:

Looking for a classic logo for the Astoria [Queens, NYC] Pigeons.

Haven't found much out there that would fit so far...

I didn't see much to work with that would give a classic appearance for pigeons, but how about these?
