ADDONS_DIALOG::download_file - could not download file

I keep getting this when trying to download the all-in one or the historical face gens through add on central. However, I can download the skins fine. What does this mean?

I had the same problem and I tried downloading with Kaspersky Internet security switched off and it worked. I tried many times with it on and the same message that you recieved was all I recieved as well.

Dont know if it helps but it worked for me....

Wow, great fix! I've had this problem since last Monday. Customer support was great and talked me through how to manually set it up, but this is definitely the issue.

I'll try that. I have Kaspersky as well.

JHop, how did they have you set it up some maybe I can just allow OOTP through without turning it off.
