Purchase w/o a credit card through PayPal?

I'm having a heck of a time trying to get OOTP.... and its frustrating me to the point that I'm almost ready to walk.

I have a checking/savings account, and have it set up through PayPal for online transactions. I do not have a debit/credit card at all. Basically for the sole reason that if I had one, I'd spend all my money in a heart beat. So I shredded the one the bank gave me 2 years ago, and do all my transactions at the bank.

The main synopsis of this story is, I have been trying any way conceivable to purchase through PayPal using my linked bank accounts but it wont let me. It forces me to use a credit card. Which I do not have.

I want OOTP 11 like a fat kid wants chocolate cake, and I'm willing to do most anything to get this bad boy, and I'm begging OOTP Developments to take my money! But I cant get them to take it! LOL

Is there anyone that can help me at OOTPD to get this done?

PayPal can set you up with single use credit cards. Download the PayPal Toolbar and you'll be able to use this service.

EDIT: I think it's called PayPal plugin on their website.
