Just out of curiosity, are you planning to do long term tests on the modifiers you use? And were you thinking of adjusting the stats using era_stats.txt, or the PCMs? You might get more consistent and controllable results by tweaking era_stats.txt and just leaving all the PCMs at 1.000.
