arbitration eligible?
I just started an OOTP11 game with the KC Royals. Looking through the players, I'm confused by the arbitration.
Joakim Soria: It says that he signed a 6 yr deal prior to 2009 and has his salary listed for the next years through 2014. Yet it says he is arbitration eligible in the offseason. Zach Greinke: Signed 4 yr deal before 2009 season. Yet his says "eligible, but potentially free agent after season!". I'm not sure if this is buggy or I don't understand. Probably the latter. Any help would be great! |

Yeah, that's probably a bit misleading. What that means is 'based on his service time, he will be arbitration eligible *if* he isn't signed to a contract'. Since he's signed to a contract, he won't go to arbitration.
It should be reworded, I agree. |
