Help with logos

I downloaded a few logos I found on the web.
When I tried to enter them in the game it did not work.
Also how would I go about making my own logos, uni's etc

Logos in JPG or PNG format can go in either of two folders. For global logos that any league can use - X:\OOTP 10\data\logos. For league specific logos - X:\OOTP 10\data\saved_games\yourleague.lg\news\html\images . You will have to assign the logos to each team if you have already started your league or rename them to the same name as the logo you want to replace. Since OOTP 10 uses different logo sizes you need to delete the files ending with 25, 40, ...110. The game will recreate them.

You can make your own logos and uniforms using a graphic program such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, The Gimp, Irfanview, Paint.net and Inkscape. PadresFan has logo and uniform templates you can download on his website. Cephasjames has tons of logos you can use.

There are a number of threads on this board which include excellent info/tutorial links for logo and uniform making, a search should give you more than enough to get started.
