Banner/Logo for my league

I'm looking for someone to do a logo/banner for my league The leagues name is Bricks and Ivy and we are using this background for our webpage

I don't have time to tackle this at the moment... But for anyone else who may...

Do you want an OOTP 150x150 Logo as well as a Banner? Or is it just one or the other?

What dimensions do you want the Banner to be?

Well first and foremost for my webpage and then secondary would be a logo for the league file.
