Ask any of the owners on the owners page, it's a GREAT league! Now is your chance to try building a dynasty in Tampa Bay. All cities have been EQUALIZED at slightly larger than average and good so New York doesn't stomp over everyone every year.

Actually.. I was an owner in it for a very brief time about 3-4 years ago.... if I'm thinking of the same league.

It did indeed used to be a mogul league. OOTP is better for running leagues now.

We still need a few more owners - this is a league where the commissioner does NOT run a team, and every owner has input on what the rules are! (yes, a real life DEMOCRATIC league)

All cities are equalized, so don't fret that the Yankees and other "real life big revenue" teams are taken.
