This is an advertisement for the new tech support setup...

Wow! Boom! Fixed, just like that...

I posted an issue I was having in the new tech support, used the remote hookup with Gary Breckenridge so he could look around... and the fix happened quick...

I highly recommend Gary Breckenridge and using the remote hookup way to fix an issue if you have one. He's a pro, no doubt.

I must admit I was frustrated with not being able to solve the problem myself. Just couldn't figure out what was going on since everything worked fine with OOTPX up until the issue occurred. (Start up error). Gary got in there and fixed it straight away... I feel a bit dumb not being able to fix it myself, however, I don't care cause now I'm happy !!!!!
