Fantasy Uniforms On Real Players

Has anyone come up with an easy to make this happen? I use GIMP to try to create unis on player pics, but it is time consuming and does not always look that great.

wow I bet.... and discipline... I dont think anybody worked on that before.

Wouldn't it be possible to use FaceGen to make a computer generated face, then editing that uniform?
