From an OOTP generated news article:

He hit a double in the 9th off Scott Linebrink for number 2000. In 14 years of big league action so far, Sammy has compiled a batting average of .278, along with 513 homeruns and 1386 RBI. 'Baseball is a great game, and adding something to it's history is smething I've always wanted. What a great day!' ------------ I'm not sure, but I think smething is spelled wrong there. Just giving the heads up. |
