New League Starting

I am starting a new career league with 2002 rosters.

We are going to use Scouts and Coaches, Financials(All teams set to even market for fairness) and Free Agents.

The site is up, however i will making changes shortly. We already have a handful of owners so not all teams are available.

Its not an archive, its the entire folder with player photos. Unzip it to your ootp main directory.
