Fictional Logo/caps/jersey Requests - Page 2

Unfortunately this didn't work wither. It leaves a floating head (which is a cool effect but not the desired one). I really like these jerseys and hope there is a way to get them to work.

davwms, there's something weird about those pngs. I tried it and got the "floating head" as well. In the preview of the jersey it looked gray and squished by half (half as wide as it should be). I tried resaving as a png - no dice. Saved as jpg and it looks fine.

What font are you using for your uniforms? i found one that is similar, but yours is more what i was looking for.

That one is Ballpark Weiner and I convert the text to a shape and use the pen tool to create the "tail".

Here are a few other good fonts that I use when I want a script style... of course, I still use the old standby "Brush Script" which should already be on any Windows computer....

Lauren Script
Deftone Stylus
Pullman

and for that old-time script look (pre 1920's I'd say) there is Commercial Script and Landliebe
for an old style look..

Thanks for the info davwms! i'll have to start experimenting with the pen tool. i had a different font, i think i got it from the same site that put in a slash underneath the word.

I am prone to disclaimers, but I hope it doesn't come across as spoiled making more requests. My league is so much enhanced by these, and I don't have the talent to do these myself. I have some different types of names here, so my hope is someone finds some, or at least a subset of these interesting and tackles them. Davwms, feel free to keep up the amazing work for my league, but don't feel like I'm asking you specifically.

I'm going out of town for the weekend so thought I'd lay out the rest of my requests for the league (until I add 4 AA teams in the amateur draft) but this is far off real time.

I am looking for a logo for my college league, it consists of 10 teams, some mainstream, others not as much. I would like to stay away from the NCAA type logo, or anything officially associated with collegiate athletics. Otherwise open.

I also need one logo/cap/jersey for this league: Evergreen Geoducks

I am looking for a logo for my high school feeder league. This is 6 teams, and small high schools not known for producing talent (until now!). I am looking for simple, low budget style logo/cap/uniforms for these.

El Molino Lions: Red and Grey
Analy Tigers: Blue and Yellow
Hallsville Indians: Purple and Gold
Hickman Kewpies: Purple and Gold
Rock Bridge Bruins: Green and Gold
San Diego School of Creative and Performance Arts Dancers: Overly flamboyant

I am looking for a logo for my International Youth Feeder League. This is 4 teams, where all of the players are populated from non-US nations and play from ages 13 to 16. International feel? for the logo/cap/uniforms, but I'm not too worried about it, have fun.

Cuenca Locros- Ecuador and potato soup
Glover's Reef Nurse Shark- Atoll in Belize and, well, a shark, a nice lazy shark
Khao Yai Tigers- A national park in Thailand and Tigers
Ko Hai Seafood- A Thai Island and delicious food

Hopefully some of these strike someone/some peoples fancy. I think there are some fun ones here and hopefully a couple of you find them interesting too.
