Editing Ratings

My question is during a game can I edit a players ratings? What I wanted to was create a fictional player and basically max out his ratings like power, contact, etc...

Is this possible? I cant figure it out.

edit: I just figured it out.

You have to be in commissioner mode. Then when you go to that players Profile, you will see a tab called Editor. In Editor you can make all sorts of changes, including changes to ratings. A new feature in OOTP10 is that you can plug in stats and the Editor will generate ratings that would (statistically speaking) produce those stats.
