Serial number ... ?

I purchased OOTP 10 a few months ago and recently upgraded my MAC operating system. The game is asking me for my serial number. I have tried to use the license numbers sent to me when I purchased the game but neither one works. Which number should I be using and where do I find it?

Im also having problems with the license key. I uninstalled the game and when I installed it back it says that it could not activate the license. im also running it on a mac. thanks

You need to go to pisd.co.uk login and ask them to reset your license that's what I did and it worked
