BZ 3470: 1 Player in Lineup Twice

PC Vista, 1901 Historical League, reproducible

Playing the Pirates. CF gets hurt for a month. I change my lineups so my RF moves to CF until he's back, & set up a RF rotation where Jesse Tannehill plays RF half the time vs. RHP. Tannehill is also my #3 starter. I just started a game where Tannehill played RF & P in the same game.

this bug is essentially the same, happened in a different place though.

PC Vista, MLB 09 setup (I edited some of the incorrect contracts but no other changes), not sure how to reproduce

I had Dennys Reyes warming up in the bullpen during a game. The half-inning ended and it became our turn to bat. I decided to stop him warming up at this point. When I dragged him off the list, though, it decided to insert him into the game at 2 places - pinch hitting for my leadoff man, and also as the pitcher.

I was unable to replace him in either role - I couldn't change the pitcher and I couldn't pinch hit / make a defensive substitution. I was forced to let the game autoplay - the AI was able to replace him with 2 separate players.

In the final box score, it has him listed as pinch hitting but *not* pitching, so if you total up the innings pitched by my pitchers, it's only 8 instead of 9. However, the game internally registered the inning he pitched, and gave him the win! I have the replay and box score saved if you want them.
