Getting player pictures in historic games

I noticed that when I start a historic league, none of the player's pictures showed up. I thought this would be a common question but I couldn't find an answer with the search feature using the keywords "historic league pictures." So I looked before I asked.

Your question didn't indicate if you have historical player photos to display. The game does not come with player photos (licensing reasons, I suppose), so you have to get them from mod sources. Usually, the mod will have some instructions. If you have the photos, but they aren't displaying, provide some more info.
