Contract Extension

My current budget is 66m
My current payroll is 73m, with many contracts expiring
I have $60m in cash

My payroll obligations for next season are 61m

OOTP wont let me resign anyone to an extension??

Do you have let owner decide budget turned on? Lots of arbitration cases coming up?

I am almost 100% certain that this is one of the things that is going to be fixed in the next patch, but don't hold me to that. I know that Markus is aware that extension offers are getting unnecessarily vetoed by the budget limits.

Yes Owner Budgets are on.

I've got 4 guys in arb next season. Yet their estimated arb salaries are including in the total for 2011.

Seems because I am over budget this season with 1 year contracts, the game wont let me resign for next season, despite my obligations being less than my budget now.
