Deleting A Foreign League

My OOTP "World" has an MLB league with the appropriate minor leagues but also has a Cuban and Japanese league.

I see in the functions there is a way to delete the Cuban league, but it dumps all players into the free agent pool. Is there any way to delete the Cuban league and delete all its' players without putting them into free agency?

Before you delete the league release all players, turn off free agents from other leagues, delete all free agents, delete the league.
