How do you delete a league?

This probably sounds like a silly question, but how do you delete a league you don't want anymore? Maybe I just missed it, but I couldn't find a "Delete League" option in the game. I have a few leagues that I was just messing around with that I'd like to get rid of. Thanks in advance for the help.

You have to go into your OOTP5 folder, click on the league, and delete it. But, make sure that you create a new league first.

No need to create a new league first, just be sure not to delete the "career2003.lg"

It seems I have read in other threads to be careful when you delete a league. You should not delete the last league you had open. If you do, the game is looking for the deleted league and will not open the next time you want to play. As BruceM stated do not ever delete "career2003.lg".

Before you delete a league, open up another league that you are not going to delete. That way you can restart the game.

I'm only a novice at the game and would appreciate someone that knows for sure about this situation.

Don't take my word until it's is confirmed by one of the many experts that play the game.

Alright, I just tested this to be positive. You can delete a league even if it was the last one you had loaded. The game will then open up the default career2003.lg.

You can however delete the career2003.lg if you remember not to delete the last league that you had open. This is how I currently handle my leagues without any problems.
