Winter Leagues

I can't find a single answer in the manual, do Winter Leagues work yet? Meaning, can real leagues send guys to winter leagues or are they still basically just window dressing and function as separate entities?

AFAIK, they still function as separate entities, but I don't really use them so I am not an expert in this area.

They still work as they did in previous versions. Making Winter Leagues function as they do IRL is high on my wish list for OOTP11.

Yeah same here...Currently you have to do alot of manually moving players around in commish mode to have a semi realistic winter league setup.
