Santo Franco's contract was voided in June due to falsified age records.

Edouard Estalis is under contract for the GCL Cards, but has visa issues.

The following players should be in the free agent pile, as they were released in ST:
Ismael Cardona
Nick Vera
Joe Rogers - Knuckleballer ftw
Isa Garcia
Miguel Flores
Christian Rosa
Russ Haltiwanger
Zach Pitts
Matt Spade
Wayne Daman
Jameson Maj
Jose Mateo
Ryan Bird
Davis Bilardello
Brian Cartie
Jon Mikrut
Ricky Noland
J.D. Stambaugh
Dylan Gonzalez
Josh Hester

The following minor league players in the Cardinals system were released before the start date:

Kristhiam Linares
Ross Oeder
Nick Peoples
Carlos Pupo
Christofher Dumont

The following players have retired:
Luke Gorsett

The following player should be on the Albuquerque Isotopes:
Hyang-Nam Choi

The following player should be on the Quad Cities Swing:
Jaime Landin, although he is currently on the restricted list.

I would understand choosing not to include some of the lesser MLFAs, but Mikrut, Bilardello, Bird, Garcia, Rogers, and Haltiwanger have track records and still have some upside.

Once again, more on the way.

Tigers up next, and if I have any more STL ratings fixes.

I´m still puzzled over the very slim use of starters in this roster.
As a matter of fact it seams to be in almost every roster.

I have kept all adjustments as is and it looks kind of funny to see many teams still only used 5 starters during he whole season in late August.

Only time you actually see more than 5-6 starters, it depends on trades or injuries.

The AI seamingly is very happy with the rotation it picked in ealry April.
I would like to see more realizm with the AI going to AAA starters sometime in July to see what the future holds.

Any opinion or other views on this ????

That seems more like an AI issue than a roster set issue.

Well, that+s almost what I ment. The AI doesn´t seam to very keen on changing what it has when the season starts and the first few trades are over.

It would be great to see some "testing" by the AI for coming years...

Then again perhaps some fiddling with stamina and such could help the AI make the moves...

For the Tigers, to begin with, I'm not sure why Bobby Seay is listed as the team's closer.

Ryan Perry and Eddie Bonine should be on the active roster, while Macay McBride and Ryan Raburn should be at AAA.

The following players should be at Lakeland:
Pat Stanley

The following players should be at Oneonta:
Mike LaLuna, also indy stats at Michael Laluna Minor League Statistics & History - Baseball-Reference.com

Chad Linder, indy stats at Chad Linder Minor League Statistics & History - Baseball-Reference.com

The following players should be in the free agent pile, as they were released in the last off-season:

Mark Brackman
Caonabo Cosme
Pedro Cotto
Yurendell DeCaster
Adam Frost
Joaquin Guzman
Brandon Harrigan
Gabriel Herrera
Justin Justice
Charlie Lisk
Paul Nardozzi
Cory Middleton
Kyle Pearson
Orlando Perdomo
Carlos Ramirez
Edward Reynoso
Beau Torbert
Scott Tousa
D'Andre Vaughan
Derek Wathan
Derek Witt
Danny Zell

The following players were released by the Tigers before the regular season began:
Luis Arlet
Dario Carvajal
Kelvin Cedano
Hayden Lackey
Santo Mieses
Hayden Parrott

D'Angelo Jimenez should not be retired. John Wasdin is in Japan; I know you have just listed others playing abroad as injured, so he chould probably be unretired as well. Jordan Tata is also not retired.

Up next, the Rockies and Cubs.

I don't know if anyone even cares anymore, but...

- Ryan Freel's ratings are way off - he's projected to post a 761 OPS, when the most optimistic projections (Bill James / Oliver / Marcel) had him at 715. I also doubt he's "Well Known" among either national or local fans
- Felix Pie's work ethic should be very high. Even his worst critics admitted that he never stopped trying to improve (and he did in fact improve over the course of the season).
- Cesar Izturis should have at least average Leader Ability - he was singled out by Trembley as one of the clubhouse leaders.
- I assume Jeremy Guthrie's greed is that high because he was a Scott Boras client - well he fired Boras during the offseason.

Anyone know why issues with the roster set were never fixed? I know there is a roster team on the beta team so just wondering why.
