Converted V9 Online League - FTP info not saved

Long story short:

Converted The GUBA to OOTPX on Thursday night. I am a commish.

Went through and set all the FTP information for file uploads, report uploads, exports, etc. Verified that they ALL work properly.

Created a new league file and uploaded it onto the server. Everybody in the league downloaded it and NOBODY is able to export via FTP.

I've tried multiple times to get this to work. I've created multiple new files. I've uninstalled and reinstalled OOTPX. I've have the league members delete their entire GUBA.lg folder, redownload the file, and extract a new one. It's still not working and none of the FTP information is being saved aside from in MY game. I'm able to FTP export because I manually entered the information.

Am I going to have to give everybody in the league the FTP username and password? That's not very good security. This has completely brought my league to a standstill. Halp plz.

No, you don't need to give everyone the ftp account and password to upload.

When a normal manager (not your system) goes to Game -> FTP Options do they see anything entered there or is it completely blank?

If it is blank, my best guess is that you do not have the checkbox checked that says to include the FTP export information in the league file (in the Online configuration options for Exports).

Nope, no one but Mikey is able to see it currently. Everything is blank.

It's blank.

All checkboxes -- including the box to save FTP information -- are checked.

I'm converting the V9 file again. I'm at a loss, but it's flat out broken at this point.

Are you saving that configuration and then uploading the file from within the game? Or are you saving that configuration and then manually zipping up and uploading part of your league.lg folder for owners?

If that check box is checked (the one to include save the FTP information in the upload), then I am guessing you aren't uploading from within the game if other owners are not seeing the information.

Give that a try and see if it helps.

Yes, I was saving it and uploading the file from within the game.

Regardless, I ended up blowing away the league and converting again from the last V9 file and things seem to be working. Thankfully no days were simmed, so it wasn't a huge deal to run through the conversion again.

Still a bit concerning that such a huge part of the game would just flat out not work like that.
