How Do I Un-Install, Re-Install ?

I'm trying to un-install a license. Don't have a clue how to do it. I don't have an "Elicense" on my control panel.

I had the game installed on two computers. I upgraded my main computer to Windows Vista 64 bit. Afterwards, I couldn't run the game there. I could see the folders there and can access them but I just could not get them to run. Finally I just deleted the folders and tried to re-install/fix the game on that computer but I get the message that I have run out of "licenses." I recovered the folders from the recycle bin and tried to run them again but I get nothing.

The other computer still has the game on it except the computer sucks and it takes forever and a day to get through even a short time. So I tried to uninstall the game over there. All except I don't have an elicense anywhere on the Control panel per some instructions in another thread. I'm afraid to simply delete the game or "uninstall" it from Windows because I might not have access to anything resembling a license.

Bummer.

Can anyone help me here?
