Player Development Report

Whenever I check this report, it states the "Current Report" date as the beginning of the current month. However, when I select "Time Frame: Previous Report", it compares to the beginning of this year, not the previous month. I know there was a "current report" with a date one month before, but I can't find any way to compare with that report.

Is this the way it is supposed to work? It seems to me it should compare to the previous month's report, since that was the last report.

The reason this is important is that I changed my scouting director after January 1, so it's comparing reports from two different scouting directors, which obscures what are real changes in ratings and what are just changes in opinion between two different scouts.
