Can not find elicen40.dll when I updated to patch3

I bought the ootp10 game CD in Taiwan store,
After installing and key-in CD serial No. , I check the update,
and update to patch #3.

But when I restart the game,
It shows " can not start because no find elicen40.dll"

Does any patch is for CD version?

Pluslee, did you purchase the game from Strategy First, or directly from the OOTP web site?

If you purchased from Strategy First, then you must get support directly from Strategy First. You can download the patch here:
