Is this a bug or just terribly greedy personnel?

OK, so I've noticed while going after high end bench coaches/managers, they want a lot of money.

Like, too much.

I understand these are the top guys I'm going after (I usually look for all neon blues in "handles...") but, I swear to god, no matter what I offer them, I always get a email RIGHT back saying they got a better offer.

EVEN, i swear to god, EVEN when I do things like offer 10 million a year for 5 years. I've tried 8 million for 2 years. I even went up to 20 million for 5 years once and still got turned down.

I don't know whats happening, if the other teams really are offering that much (maybe thats why everyone else is poor except me) or maybe he just doesnt like me.

He doesn't like you but doesn't have the sense to say he's not interested in woking for you.
Look elsewhere.
