Team Cash Maximums Way too High

When you import adjusted financial settings after every year the team cash maximums are way, way too high. This causes teams to have tons of money for free agents. They spend much of it. The entire league runs consistently in the red. This has never been a problem in the past. Makes it impossible to trade players unless the salaries match up.

Yes.

I'd love to import my historical stuff into OOTP X, but haven't because of this. It makes player salaries WAY too high. If the typical super-star salary is set to $25,000, I'm seeing guys get paid over $90,000 because the cash max is rediculous.

I have never had to turn financials off before but I am leaning that way right now.

Find the financials.txt file wherever it is and change the cash max values down.

Or copy over the financial.txt file from OOTP9, I know it would work but not what problems would come up (if any). Somehow, some way, something changed in the financials - so using that file may end up with a different sort of problem.
