illegal no. of player in AA

I remember there is an option to use ghost players but I can't seem to remember where to find it, anyone can prompt me?

Go to Game > Game Setup

choose the Major League and then goto League Setup on the right hand side

Then choose the Options tab and under Player Options will be a check box to Allow Incomplete Minor League Rosters.
