Crashs whenever I recieve a message

I have no problems with the game until I recieve a message then my OOTP just stops. Went to start new 2009 major league game and went straight to auto-play today then the personal message comes up for opening day.. then a windows screen pops up OOTP stopped working this happened like 7 times so fa. But when I do a fictional league it works fine I can do the draft and everything until i recieve a message

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The first few weeks after the release are always pretty busy around here!

This issue has already been reported here.

However, we still haven't gotten anyone who posted in that thread to send us their league files so we can troubleshoot. If you could do that, it would help us resolve the issue!

Please post any further information you might have in that thread, and I'll close this one out.
