BZ 3135: 5 and 6 year olds

Looking thru the list of free agents I noticed there is a fair amount of 5 and 6 year olds, in fact 90% are now 6 years old.

According to Wikipedia, John Sneed has an unknown birthdate, but I don't have a Lahman with me to see what date is listed in the master.csv but I'm guessing this could be an issue with blank dates.

Beginning a league that early results in a db problem it looks like it defaults people to babies who can play for 30+ years.

The updated master.csv that fixed this no-birthdate challenge did not make it into the release. I'm betting it will make the patch.

Just a note, this is not resolved in 10.2.16, and I have asked Markus to take a look again.
