first year draft crashing

really hope someone can help me...this has crashed on me 8 times in a row.

I am in the 1st year of a great game and the first year draft just came up (June 15th) When i click on the link, I get to the first splash screen but once i click on the tab that says Continue Draft it shuts down the game...

I am using XP and I have ran the game in Admin.

the rest of the game has ran fine for me ... really hope i can get some help...thanks in advance
