Crash With Patch 10.2.6

I had no problem with OOTP9 or with OOTP10 as shipped. After installing patch 10.2.6, I had a crash in my first season playing a 2009 Major League game. Here are the details.

ootp10.exe, version 2.0.0.0, patch 10.2.16 installed. (10.2.16 shows when I run game.)

PC with Windows XP.

I was playing the first season of a 2009 Major League game and had reached September. I received a message telling me that one of my minor league coaches had left. When I clicked on "Check Free Agent Personnel", I received the standard error message, "ootp10.exe has encountered a problem, and needs to close." It is reproducible and I saved the game just before clicking on free agent personnel, so I have that available.

Kindly disregard this bug report. I defragged my disk and the problem went away. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to do this sooner. Brain lock, I guess.
