Editing Players

Let's say I edit a 1 star player into a 5 star. When will his new ratings show up? I can't get the new ratings to come out unless I scout the player, and I can only scout 1 a day. Any help?

The ratings are there as soon as you enter them, your scout just doesn't see them.

The next time you scout him, I guess. If you've edited the player, it doesn't really matter if your scout sees him or not unless you forget how good you made him. I don't play with scouts on, so I don't know when or if everyone gets automatically scouted.
