Playing 1969 in a historical/fictional league - Wes Parker had 7 plate appearances in a 12 inning game. He was 1-for-1 with 6 bases on balls! The real life record is six - held by Jimmie Fox in 1938 and Walt Wilmot in 1891. I stumbled upon this result as the games news feed made no remarks.
Parker, hitting - .208 on the season - batted in front of light-hitting Paul Popovich, who negated any pitch-arounds of Parker by going 4-for-7. Alas, the Ottawa Otters lost the extra-inning affair to the Des Moines Cyclones, 12-11.

In OOTP 06, I had a five walk game with Edgar Martinez, including a game-winning walk-off walk.
