OOTP can't find my custom PNG logos

I am trying to set up a league and am in the process of customizing the teams and am having trouble having OOTP find the new logos I edited. I had downloaded a bunch and the ones that were in .PNG to begin with worked fine (with the background being transparent), but when I would take one of the .jpg files and use Photoshop's magic eraser to kill the background and then save it as a PNG, it doesn't see it. I save it to the same folder as my other logos and it sees them...it even sees the original PNG logos I have DL'd, but doesn't see the modified one. I mean, I can open the folder of the saved file and the image is there and when I double click it, it indeed shows the image minus the background, but OOTP seems to think it isn't a compatible logo.

Any suggestions?

I assume you have quit the game and then restarted it.
Yes?

And the "new" png files have the same name format for the teams as the ones that do work?

Just some ideas.
If those things are true, then I can't imagine the problem unless the new files are too big.
