BZ 3321: Converting Retired Players to Coaches

System: PC and Mac (Test Both) OOTP X 10.2.16

When attempting to convert certain retired players into coaches, the menu display doesn't give an option to "Turn into Coach". The games really doesn't give a specified reason for this omission.

Are you sure they're not already a coach?

About as sure as reality gets. I've attached a screenshot of Bruce Bochy, who is a coach. I'm able to convert him into a coach just fine.
