Any way to change the History Leaderboards?

Is there any way to change the history leader boards so that the only records that are showing up are from a chosen series of dates? Right now, it shows all records from 1871 to 1991 (the current year in my league). I'd like it to just show modern single season records from 1970 to the current year. Can this be done, and if so, where do I make that change?
