Game crashes when you click on lineups or pitching

Whenever I click on lineup or pitching, either in the tab or the icon in the bottom, its states that there's an error and the game crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem hasn't gone away. Anyone know what to do (I have Vista)?

Can you save the game, and then zip up the .dat files from the league directory and FTP them to us as per the instructions in http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/joom...requested.html
