Scouting report inconsistencies

This is closely related to BZ 3268, with a slightly different angle.

I notice that when I request a scouting report on a player:
1) The results are recorded under the scouting report correctly, but
2) The results overwrite the past reports (although not the past date of scouting), and
3) The results are not reflected in the ratings on the main player card.

I can't replicate this now as it claims to have been fixed. If after the patch has been released you still get this issue, let us know and we'll re-open this thread.
