BZ 1537: Backspace key doesn't always go back

This glitch existed in v9 as well. When you press the backspace key to go back a page, it sometimes doesn't work.

When it doesn't work you'll find that the focus is in the search text box at the top, even though you didn't recently (or at all) use the search box. To test this, put something in the search box and whenever you can't go back with the backspace key, you'll see that it started erasing what you had in the search box.

A minor, but annoying little bug that hopefully has an easy fix?

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding to this. I believe this has been logged, but I can't put my finger on the bug report at the moment. If I can't find it, I'll open a new one for this.

Thanks oldtimer. I've reopened that bug, so I'll move this into the logged issues as BZ 1537.

I have this same problem as I did in 9.
It's not a showstopper at all, but it's annoying.
