No Transactions in Minors?

Is that correct, that I can't make transactions when I am managing (let's say) a Double-A team?

I can only think of one reason. It's only allowed to make trades when you are the GM of the parental team in the majors.

Can s.b. confirm that or help me?

I am talking of
-promotions and demotions
-initiating trades
-releasing and signing of players to minors

Right, you can only make organizational moves if you are head of the entire organization. If you are only managing the AA team, you have to take what the computer GM gives you.

After completing a trade a list of players occurs!

"Any of these players makes the deal work now?

What does that mean?
They are on my roster and I could add them?
Add them to the block for nothing?
