Eliminate levels of Minors?

I know there's a way to eliminate a couple of levels of minors, as I'm only looking to play AAA, AA, A and maybe 1 rookie (6 levels is too many). I haven't played in a while and I just cannot seem to find it.

Can anyone help?

Is this in a league you are just creating, or a league you have had for a while?

I don't know about getting rid of teams after years in a league, since mostly all I ever do is expand... But when creating a league, you can just add the levels of minors that you want individually, instead of adding full minors.

It's a new career that I took an expansion team. It appears that the default is 6 levels of minor leagues. I only want 3 or 4 levels. Any way to eliminate the short season and rookie leagues?

Are you suggesting that if I didn't want any short season or rookie leagues that I should delete them in the league setup?

Yes. I don't when that option would be available in a league that already existed... usually during the offseason or preseason.

Of course, you'll be flooded with minor league free agents probably. Don't know if you'd need to change any other settings so it knew not to be creating enough players to fill those deleted leagues... someone else would have to chime in with that.

Yes,

When you are creating a league in Advanced Mode, on the bottom right is a menu labeled "Add League". It gives you options to add Full Minors, or to add each league separately, so you can add AA, AA, A, etc. as you see fit.

Lightbulb Nota bene Capital

Don't forget to move all players out of any league you're going to delete (go into "God" mode to do this), otherwise they all become minor league free agents.
