Big Problem

I pre-ordered OOTP 10 April 11th, downloaded it today, but when i put the order ID and press install license, It doesn't work I get "unable to get or install a license, retrieval of license failed with error code= -12"....what am I doing wrong?

I'm assuming this is for Windows, let me know if it isn't.

I suggest that you temporarily disable any firewall you may be using (Windows firewall, ZoneAlarm), and then try again.

Let us know what happens!
