need some help finding a specific uniform template addons

I remember there being a uniform template addon for v9 that added in extra templates into the game itself. It was pretty extensive. I believe it was done by Deft (correct me if I'm wrong) but I can't seem to locate it anywhere now. I've seen his template with the adjustable layers, but I really liked having the options in game to choose between so many different uniform types.

Does anyone else remember this addon and know where I can find it?
