Player Development Report

With scouting turned off, am I correct in assuming that the players will only be scouted once a year? This means that the player development report is going to be showing cumulative growth or loss since the beginning of the year, but not week to week.

Is that correct, and is that the intention?

Thanks.

I selected dynamic, but without scouts on I'm wondering if the starting point of the report will ever change. If not, it ends up kind of useless.

Go to manager home page and look for player development link in the lower right box.
